What is a Valleyfest Virtual Booth?

Valleyfest is offering FREE VIRTUAL BOOTHS to the community and an opportunity to sell products or give out information to customers who come to the Valleyfest Virtual Village, September 26, 2020 from Noon to 4 p.m.  Businesses have the opportunity to market and sell products.  Business’s financial accounts are not linked to Valleyfest or Event Hub. The website can link to Shopify to take payments. The Valleyfest Virtual Booths will be available for the live event, where you can chat with customers, and Valleyfest will be streaming entertainment.  After the live event the Virtual Booth webpage will be active for 30 days. Booth vendors will have the opportunity to link to website, Facebook page, and other social media.

FAQs for using and Registering

Valleyfest is offering assistance to help you set up your booth at $20/hour.

How does it work?  After you register for a booth, your registration will be activated for you to access, to set up your public village page and link. You will click on the public village link to set this up.

Days of my virtual booth: Your booth will be up and available for customers to view and/or buy on September 26 and for 30 days after.

Live event:  Saturday, September 26th   Hours:  12-4 pm
