Booth Vendor Details

The Valleyfest committee reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone because of non-compliance with guidelines.  This will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.  Returned checks and cancellations are charged a 30% processing fee. No refunds after August 31, 2026, are accepted as space allows. Online registration closes and payments are due Sunday, September 6, 2026.

Entries after Sunday, September 6, 2026, are accepted as space allows.

Friday, September 25, 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.,
Saturday, September 26, 7:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. and
Sunday, September 27, 8:00-10:00 a.m.

Security will be provided on the nights of September 25 and 26, and Valleyfest will take reasonable precautions to protect displays. The festival will assume no responsibility for any loss due to fire, weather, theft, or other damage which might occur.

There is limited electricity available, please call the Valleyfest office to check availability.

Compliance with county and/or state ordinances, taxes, and laws is the responsibility of the participant.

NO guns, knives (including toys), generators, amplification, or trailers allowed on site.
