Valleyfest Vendor Booth Registration Details
A Valleyfest vendor booth connects businesses with tens of thousands of people and is an opportunity to distribute information, recruit members, educate the public, sell art, and enjoy the Spokane Valley community. Booth vendors are an important part of the festival and we invite you to participate in the celebration of Spokane Valley’s assets.

Booth Vendor Details
The Valleyfest committee reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone because of non-compliance with guidelines. This will result in forfeiture of all fees paid. Returned checks and cancellations are charged a 30% processing fee. No refunds after Thursday, September 14, 2023, are accepted as space allows. Online registration closes and payments due Thursday, September 14, 2023, are accepted as space allows.

Set up
Friday, September 22, 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.,
Saturday, September 23, 7:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. and
Sunday, September 24, 8:00-10:00 a.m.
Security will be provided on the nights of September 22 and 23, and Valleyfest will take reasonable precautions to protect displays. The festival will assume no responsibility for any loss due to fire, weather, theft, or other damage which might occur.
There is limited electricity available, please call the Valleyfest office to check availability.
Compliance with county and/or state ordinances, taxes, and laws is the responsibility of the participant.
NO guns, knives (including toys), generators, amplification, or trailers allowed on site.

Mirabeau Meadows Booths
Food Vendor Guidelines:
- Registration is $400 per vendor space. The vendor must pass all fire inspections and other legal requirements of the operation. Three weeks prior to the event vendor must contact the SRHD food program at (509) 324-1560 ext. 2. Vendors who fail to do so may incur a penalty fee.
- Due to limited space; space is given to returning food vendors first.
- Booth Hours are 10:30 AM-6:00 PM on September 23 and 11:00 AM-4:00 PM on September 24, 2023.
- Food Vendors are required to stay both days.
- Set up is Friday, September 22, 12:00-5:00 PM, Saturday, September 23, 7:00-9:00 AM, and Sunday, September 24, 8:00-10:00 AM. Other set-up times need to be arranged with Val Workman.
- Security will be provided on September 22 and 23 and Valleyfest will take reasonable precautions to protect displays. The festival will assume no responsibility for any loss due to fire, weather, theft, or other damage which might occur.
- Compliance with county and/or state ordinances, taxes, and laws is the responsibility of the participant. (Check list below)

Commercial Booths are ONLY for a business with a public storefront. Businesses, where products or services are sold, may promote themselves through demonstrations and distribution of marketing material. $450.00 per 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth space or $820.00 per 10 ft. x 30 ft. booth space. Commercial booths will be provided with one table, bring an awning, and chairs. No items may be sold without prior written approval; booths must provide a free activity for children throughout the day. All Commercial Booths are required to stay both days.
Social Service booths are only for non-profit, social service, 501 (c) (3) organizations and may promote themselves through demonstrations and distribution of written material. Fundraising on-site will not be allowed. Registration is $60.00 per 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth space. All material needs to stay in the booth space provided. Distributing material outside of the booth space will not be allowed. New participants to Valleyfest must provide a mission statement. No items may be sold. Booths MUST provide a free activity for children throughout the day. Compliance with county and/or state ordinances, taxes, and laws is the responsibility of the participant. One (1) table will be provided, bring your own awning and chairs.
Marketplace and Arts, & Crafts Booths are only for businesses with NO storefront (i.e. home businesses and arts and crafts products). $125.00 per 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth space; all material needs to stay in the booth space provided. Distributing material outside of the booth space will not be allowed. Vendors provide their own tables, awning, and chairs.
A Political party booth is to promote the platform and candidates of their party through brochures and materials. Candidates that want to be present must purchase a Candidate booth for $130 per 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth space. This is a non-fundraising, non-sales booth and a free children’s activity is to be provided. ALL materials and volunteers need to stay in the booth space provided. Distributing material outside of booth space will NOT be allowed.
Each Booth is limited to ONE issue or candidate. If candidates/issues wish to share a booth, each needs to pay the $130 fee per 10 x 10 ft booth space. This is an informational, non-sales, non-fundraising booth and a free children’s activity is to be provided. ALL material/candidate and volunteers need to stay in the booth space provided. Distributing material outside of booth space will NOT be allowed. NO items may be sold. Booths MUST provide a free activity for children throughout the day.

Culturefest booth registration is $60 per 10 ft. x 10 ft. (no sales allowed.) One (1) eight-foot table will be provided, please bring your own awning and chairs.
If you want to sell register for a marketplace booth for $125. (no table provided).
