2019 Valleyfest Booth Vendor Registration Details
A Valleyfest vendor booth connects businesses with tens of thousands of people and is an opportunity to distribute information, recruit members, educate the public, sell art, and enjoy the Spokane Valley community. Valleyfest has enjoyed phenomenal growth since the first festival 30 years ago. Booth vendors are an important part of the festival and we invite you to participate in the celebration of Spokane Valley’s assets.

Booth Vendor Details
The Valleyfest committee reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone because of non-compliance with guidelines. This will result in forfeiture of all fees paid. Returned checks and cancellations are charged a 30% processing fee. There are no refunds after No refunds after July 26, 2019. Online registration closes and payment due Friday, August 26, 2019.
Entries after Friday, August 26, 2019 are accepted as space allows.
Friday, September 20, 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.,
Saturday, September 21, 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. and
Sunday, September 22, 8:00-10:00 a.m.
Security will be provided the nights of September 20 and 21, and Valleyfest will take reasonable precautions to protect displays. The festival will assume no responsibility for any loss due to fire, weather, theft, or other damage which might occur.
There is limited electricity available, please call the Valleyfest office to check availability.
Compliance with county and/or state ordinance, taxes, and laws is the responsibility of participant.
NO guns, knives (including toy), generators, amplification or trailers allowed on site.

Booth Vendor Descriptions and Costs
Commercial Booth at Mirabeau Meadows
Commercial Booths are ONLY for a business with a public storefront. Businesses where products or services are sold may promote themselves through demonstrations and distribution of marketing material. $400.00 per 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth space or $800.00 per 10 ft. x 30 ft. booth space. Commercial booths will be provided one table, bring awning and chairs. No items may be sold without prior written approval; booths must provide a free activity for children throughout the day. All Commercial Booths are required to stay both days.
Food Vendor Booths
Food vendor registration is done through the Valleyfest office. Contact email@example.com for full details.
Marketplace, Arts, and Craft Booth at Mirabeau Meadows
Marketplace, Arts, & Crafts Booths are only for businesses with NO storefront. (i.e. home businesses and arts and crafts products). $110.00 per 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth space; all material needs to stay in booth space provided. Distributing material outside of booth space will not be allowed. Vendors provide their own table, awning and chairs.
Political Booth at Mirabeau Meadows
Each Booth is limited to ONE issue or candidate. If candidate/issues wish to share booth, each need to pay the $105 fee. Registration is $120.00 per 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth space. ALL material/candidate and volunteers need to stay in booth space provided. Distributing material outside of booth space will NOT be allowed. NO items may be sold. Booths MUST provide a free activity for children throughout the day.
Responsible Dog Ownership Day Booth at Mirabeau Meadows
Responsible Dog Ownership Booths are registered as one of the following: Commercial, Social Service, Marketplace or Arts & Crafts. Select the type of booth that fits your business. There will be questions regarding RDOD on the registration. Responsible Dog Ownership Day Booths are usually Sunday only, but you may register for Saturday and Sunday, please indicate this under the designated booth section during registration.
Social Service Booth at Mirabeau Meadows
Social Service booths are only for non-profit, social service, 501 (c) (3) organizations and may promote themselves through demonstrations and distribution of written material. Fundraising on site will not be allowed. Registration is $50.00 per 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth space. All material needs to stay in booth space provided. Distributing material outside of booth space will not be allowed. New participants to Valleyfest must provide a mission statement. NO items may be sold. Booths MUST provide a free activity for children throughout the day. Compliance with county and/or state ordinance, taxes, and laws is the responsibility of participant. One (1) table will be provided, bring your own awning and chairs.
