Valleyfest Vendor Booth Registration Details

A Valleyfest vendor booth connects businesses with tens of thousands of people and is an opportunity to distribute information, recruit members, educate the public, sell art, and enjoy the Spokane Valley community. Booth vendors are an important part of the festival and we invite you to participate in the celebration of Spokane Valley’s assets.

Booth Vendor Details

The Valleyfest committee reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone because of non-compliance with guidelines.  This will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.  Returned checks and cancellations are charged a 30% processing fee. No refunds after August 31, 2024, are accepted as space allows. Online registration closes and payments are due Sunday, September 8, 2024.

Set up
Friday, September 20, 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.,
Saturday, September 21, 7:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. and
Sunday, September 22, 8:00-10:00 a.m.

Security will be provided on the nights of September 20 and 21, and Valleyfest will take reasonable precautions to protect displays. The festival will assume no responsibility for any loss due to fire, weather, theft, or other damage which might occur.

There is limited electricity available, please call the Valleyfest office to check availability.

Compliance with county and/or state ordinances, taxes, and laws is the responsibility of the participant.

NO guns, knives (including toys), generators, amplification, or trailers allowed on site.

Mirabeau Meadows Booths

Food Vendor Guidelines:

  1. Registration is $450 per vendor space. The vendor must pass all fire inspections and other legal requirements of the operation.  Three weeks prior to the event vendor must contact the SRHD food program at (509) 324-1560 ext. 2.  Vendors who fail to do so may incur a penalty fee.
  2. Due to limited space; space is given to returning food vendors first.
  3. Booth Hours are 10:30 AM-6:00 PM on September 21 and 11:00 AM-4:00 PM on September 22, 2023.
  4. Food Vendors are required to stay both days.
  5. Set up is Friday, September 20, 12:00-5:00 PM, Saturday, September 21, 7:00-9:30 AM, and Sunday, September 22, 8:00-10:00 AM. Other set-up times need to be arranged with Val Workman.
  6. Security will be provided on September 20 and 21 and Valleyfest will take reasonable precautions to protect displays. The festival will assume no responsibility for any loss due to fire, weather, theft, or other damage which might occur.
  7. Compliance with county and/or state ordinances, taxes, and laws is the responsibility of the participant. (Check list below)

  1. A commercial booth is for a business with a public storefront. Commercial booth businesses may promote themselves through demonstrations and distribution of marketing materials. Items may be sold with prior written approval from Valleyfest. A free children’s activity is to be provided.
  2. Registration is $450.00 per 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth space. All materials and booth staff need to stay in the booth space.
  3. Booth Hours are 10:30 AM-6:00 PM on September 21 and 11:00 AM-4:00 PM on September 22, 2024.
  4. Commercial booths asked to stay both days, if not possible please notify Valleyfest at the time of registration.
  5. One (1) eight-foot table will be provided, please bring your own awning and chairs. Limited Electrical outlets are available, call to inquire.
  6. Set up is Friday, September 20, 12:00-5:00 PM, Saturday, September 21, 7:00-9:30 AM and Sunday, September 22, 8:00-10:00 AM.

  1. Social Service booths are only for non-profit, social service, 501 (c) (3) organizations and may promote themselves through demonstrations and distribution of written materials. This is a non-sales, non-fundraising booth. A free children’s activity is to be provided.
  2. Registration is $60 per 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth space. All materials and booth staff need to stay in the booth space. New participants need to provide a mission statement.
  3. Booth Hours are 10:30 AM-6:00 PM on September 21 and 11:00 AM-4:00 PM on September 22, 2024.
  4. One (1) eight-foot table will be provided, please bring your own awning and chairs.
  5. Set up is Friday, September 20, 12:00-500PM, Saturday, September 21, 7:00-9:30 AM, and Sunday, September 22 8:00-10:00 AM.
  6. Security will be provided September 20 and 21 and Valleyfest will take reasonable precautions to protect displays. The festival will assume no responsibility for any loss due to fire, weather, theft, or other damage that might occur.

  2. Registration is $130 per 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth space. All materials and booth staff need to stay in the booth space.
  3. Booth Hours are 10:30 AM-6:00 PM on September 21 and 11:00 AM-4:00 PM on September 22, 2024.
  4. Marketplace/Arts & Crafts booths are required to stay both days.
  5. Tables, awning, and chairs are the vendor’s responsibility.
  6. Set up is Friday, September 20, 12:00-5:00 PM, Saturday, September 21, 7:00-9:30 AM and Sunday, September 22, 8:00-10:00 AM.

  1. A Political party booth is to promote the platform and candidates of their party through brochures and materials. Candidates who want to be present must purchase a Candidate booth for $130. This is a non-fundraising, non-sales booth and a free children’s activity is to be provided.
  2. Must be a registered Spokane County Major Political Party.
  3. Registration is $130 per 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth space. All materials and booth staff need to stay in the booth space.
  4. Booth Hours are 10:30 AM-6:00 PM on September 21 and 11:00 AM-4:00 PM on September 22, 2024.
