Booth Vendor Details

Valleyfest has enjoyed phenomenal growth since the first festival 28 years ago, and welcomes the challenge to expand and improve the event. Valleyfest vendors are an important part of the festival and we invite you to participate in the celebration of Spokane Valley’s assets. A Valleyfest booth connects businesses with tens of thousands of people and is a time to sell art, crafts, distribute information, recruit members, and educate the community.

To be listed in the Official Valleyfest Publication, registration is due by Friday, July 28, 2017 at 5 p.m.
Non-published registration and payments due Friday, September 8, 2017.
Online registration will also close on Friday, September 8, 2017 at 5 p.m.
Entries after Friday, September 8, 2017 are accepted as space allows.

Booth Vendor Descriptions and Costs

Arts & Crafts Booth at Mirabeau Meadows

Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Sunday 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. All sale items must be hand-crafted. No commercially produced products allowed. Arts & Craft Booths are only for businesses with NO storefront. $80.00 per 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth space; all material needs to stay in booth space provided. Distributing material outside of booth space will not be allowed.. Arts & Craft Booths provide their own table, awning and chairs.

Commercial Booth at Mirabeau Meadows

Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Sunday 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Only for businesses with a public storefront. Businesses where products or services are sold may promote themselves through demonstrations and distribution of marketing material. $375.00 per 10 ft. x 15 ft. booth space or $750.00 per 10 ft. x 30 ft. booth space. Commercial booths will be provided one table, bring awning and chairs. No items may be sold without prior written approval; booths must provide a free activity for children throughout the day.

Registration is closed for Food Vendor Booths. We are full to capacity. Send a message to info@valleyfest.org to get on waiting list.

Marketplace Booth at Mirabeau Meadows

Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Sunday 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. All sale items are commercially produced products. Marketplace Booths are only for businesses with NO storefront. $105.00 per 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth space.

The following marketplace booths are filled for 2017: Agnes & Dora, Damsel in Defense, Do Terra, Isagenix, Lipsense, LuLaRoe, Matilda Jane, Origami Owl, Style Dots, Timeless Kisses, and Wildtree.

Political Booth at Mirabeau Meadows

Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Sunday 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. The cost is $105.00 for a 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth space. Each Booth is limited to one issue or candidate. If candidate/issues wish to share booth, each need to pay the $105 fee. ALL material/candidate and volunteers need to stay in booth space provided. Distributing material outside of booth space will not be allowed. No items may be sold without prior written approval; booths must provide a free activity for children throughout the day.

Responsible Dog Ownership Day Booth at Mirabeau Meadows

Sunday, September 25th 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Responsible Dog Ownership Booths are registered as one of the following: Commercial, Social Service, Marketplace or Arts & Crafts. Select the type of booth that fits your business. There will be questions regarding RDOD on the registration. Responsible Dog Ownership Day Booths are usually Sunday only, but you may register for Saturday and Sunday, please indicate this under the designated booth section during registration.

Social Service Booth at Mirabeau Meadows

Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Sunday 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Only for organizations not for profit. Organizations may promote themselves through demonstrations and distribution of marketing material. Fundraising on site will not be tolerated. $35.00 per 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth space. Each social service both must provide a mission statement. No items may be sold without prior written approval. Booths must provide a free activity for children throughout the day.
