UNLOADING:

For vendors with large amounts to unload, please load in at the LOADING DOCK. The loading dock is marked with a blue circle on the map. There may be a line of cars there; please be patient.

When it is your turn, please be efficient and respectful of everyone else’s time. When you use the loading dock, there may be volunteers there to help you unload and bring your equipment to your table.

Once you are fully unloaded, please park your car in your parking spot. To get to the loading dock, follow the instructions to the TotFest Vendor Parking lot. After you turn off the road into the parking area, continue straight past the first set of parking stalls, then turn right towards the building.

All other vendors will be unloading from the TotFest Vendor Parking Lot. The TotFest Vendor parking lot is marked with a red circle on the map. Please park and then unload your equipment from the car. If more than one car is bringing equipment, they can temporarily park, but please be efficient in opening the parking spot to another vendor. Again, the parking lot is marked by a red circle on the map, and reserved spots are highlighted in yellow. Follow the directions in the Parking section of this email to reach the parking lot. You can enter the Great Room by the side doors to the small dining room. It is important to note that there is a walk from the parking to the Great Room. Please bring carts for your materials and possibly some help if you need it.

Totfest Parking

PARKING:

You have one parking spot in the Totfest reserved parking lot, marked on the parking map in yellow.

If your group is not traveling in the same vehicle, they will need to park elsewhere and take Valleyfest shuttles to the event. An excellent option is parking at the mall and taking the STA bus to Center Place.

DIRECTIONS TO PARKING

To get to the parking lot: Starting west on Indiana Avenue, turn right onto Mirabeau Parkway near the Furniture Row Outlet building. Continue straight on Mirabeau Parkway to the north side of CenterPlace.

DO NOT turn onto Mansfield. Continue north until you see the Centennial Trail parking. The Trail parking will be on your right.

Turn LEFT into the Center Place Parking lot.

Drive past the first section of parking spaces on your right.

You will be heading south back towards the main entrance to CenterPlace. Shortly, you will pass the loading dock on your right.

If you are unloading there, please join the queue or use the space. Then continue south until you get to the parking stalls marked ‘TotFest Vendor Parking’.

FINDING YOUR TABLE:

When you enter, please find your table. Tables will be marked with the Vendor name. If there are any problems with your space, please contact the CenterPlace employee dedicated to the TotFest exhibits, Cheryl Richards. There should be 2-3 chairs per booth space; please let me know ahead of time if you will need more.

Outlets: There are limited outlets available in the Great Room. If you signed up for an outlet, you should have one. You are only guaranteed one plug in with an outlet. If you need more, I suggest bringing a power strip.
